Here are a few important exhibitor details:

Shipping & Receiving:

Please refer to this document from the hotel which provides details for shipping your materials.  Please be sure to add CIRSx 2023 Conference to each box, and number your boxes; i.e.  #1 of 2.  All boxes will be placed in the Exhibit Area on Thursday, July 13 by 12:00pm.  If you are shipping a pallet, please contact the hotel directly for separate billing arrangements.  Katie Hammond at katie.hammond@sagehospitalitygroup.com

Set Up/Tear Down:

  • Exhibitor Set Up Time - Thursday, July 13, 2023 between 12:00pm and 5:00pm MT.  A 6’ skirted table with two chairs will be provided unless otherwise communicated.  If you have special set up requirements, please contact Gina Vina at gina.vina@conferencedirect.com.

  •  Exhibitor Strike Time - The conference will conclude at 12:00pm on Sunday, July 16, 2023.  Exhibitors may strike their table any time after Sunday morning break.

Table Assignments:

See diagram attached.  There will be a list of table assignments posted at set up so you may locate your table for set up.

    • 5:30pm- 7:00pm (during welcome reception); at 7:00pm, all attendees will be invited to join Dr. Dorninger for a special announcement/presentation.

 Friday, 7/14

    • 7:00am-8:00am

    • During Morning & Afternoon Breaks

    • 12:05pm-1:05pm (during lunch)

  • Saturday, 7/15

    • 7:00am-8:00am

    • During Morning & Afternoon Breaks
